🥗 Chicken & Avocado Lettuce Wraps

Fresh, simple, and packed with protein and healthy fats — these Chicken & Avocado Lettuce Wraps are perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner. They’re low-carb, super satisfying, and ready in 15 minutes or less!


Ingredients (serves 2-3):

  • 1–2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded or chopped

  • 1 ripe avocado, diced

  • Few drops of Lime Juice

  • 1–2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Romaine or butter lettuce leaves (for wrapping)

  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, shredded carrots, sliced jalapeños, or hot sauce


Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix chopped chicken, avocado, lime juice, yogurt, salt, and pepper until combined.

  2. Scoop the mixture into washed lettuce leaves.

  3. Top with your favorite fresh add-ons.

  4. Wrap, bite, and enjoy!
